Event Submissions
Final dates, descriptions, etc for each programming activity are due a month in advance, on the last working day of every month. Please, review due dates in the section below. If you have any concerns in regard to event submissions, please direct your questions to our Resource Specialist, Desiree Castillo.
Promotional Materials for Review
If partners choose to create their own promotional materials approval to publish is required by our Outreach Coordinator, Oscar Arriaga. Please, include them for review in your event submission using the button below by the following due dates.

Marketing & Outreach
Due to the sensitivity of our program and participants we serve, the United Way of El Paso County and El Paso United FRC recognizes the importance of a culturally sensitive brand identity. Evaluations
As part of our on-going commitment to providing the best services to our participants, both the FRC staff and participants who attend your programming will have the opportunity to provide constructive feedback to our contractors.
