Take part in a calming hour-long yoga session focused on providing participants an opportunity to quiet the mind and practice stillness. This virtual event is intended for community members needing non-traditional support in grappling with the emotions related to the tragic event. Led by a FRC Partner, this restorative yoga will bring mindfulness to our movements and will allow us space to focus on our mental health. This practice is recommended for people of all ages and all abilities.
